8 HOUR TRAINING

The Supervisor course is a guided discussion and group work oriented class.  The emphasis of this class is the "balancing act" that must be maintained between labor and management, cost and safety, production safety, clients or owners, and regulators.  Liability issues are also an important aspect of this course.  There are several problems given to the class to develop into group discussion and design health and safety plans, contingency plans, and work plans.
